気がつけば恵は３歳になっていました。
賢は１歳になる前に家族に会わせるために
帰省しましたが
恵は３歳半になっていました。
私たちが帰省の計画を始めた頃
主人の父が自分たち夫婦も
連れて行って欲しいと言ってきました。
親子４人で帰るのがやっとなので
「自分たちの旅費はちゃんと払ってください」
で決まりました。
それを日本の両親に伝えると
主人の父をとても尊敬してる
私の両親は大喜びで
京都に案内したい・・・と言ってくれました。
総勢８人の京都までの旅費、宿泊費、食費を
父がすべて引き受けてくれました。
主人の両親は私たちと日本を観光した後
友人が夫婦で伝道する香港と台湾にまで足を伸ばし
帰りに福岡空港で落ち合い
一緒にアメリカに帰ってきました。
１枚目は新幹線に乗る前に小倉駅で。
アメリカからまず北九州に行き
お土産などの荷物を降ろして
そこからの出発で京都へ。
２枚目は京都の金閣寺の前で。
両親は観光案内のマイクロバスをチャーターして
京都中を回りました。
３枚目は奈良の東大寺で。
せんべいをあげようとしたら
目の前に自分よりも大きな鹿が集まり
怖くなった恵を抱いてる私。
４枚目は京都観光の後大分の両親の家に滞在して
その後別府の温泉に行きました。
血の池地獄の前で。
５枚目は大分からまた北九州に戻って。
独身時代勤めた会社の訪問。
賢はいつでも綺麗な若い人が好き。
６枚目は私の通った北九州の教会。
末日聖徒イエス・キリスト教会
北九州ワードの皆さんと。
７枚目は私の中学時代の
バレーボールの監督を訪問したところ。
監督の息子さんが私の知り合いと結婚していました。
８枚目は小倉の妹宅で。
従兄妹のたっちゃんと仲良くしたい恵
９枚目は滞在先の妹宅に
訊ねてきて下さった教会の友達。
１０枚目は従兄妹たちと仲良くなった賢。
１１枚目は若松にある遊園地へ
叔母たちが連れて行ってくれたとき。
この後すぐ恵は一人でさっさと走って行き
大観覧車に乗ろうとして
追いかけた主人は乗車券を買ってなかったのに
係員が「いいですよ、ただで・・・」と
言うのにつられて乗りました。
自分が高所恐怖症だと忘れて。
We really had a busy life after Kay was born.
When I realized that we had not shown Kay to my family,
Kay was already 3 and half years old.
We took Ken back to Japan when he was 11months old.
So we decided to take children back to Japan again.
When we were planning the trip,
my father-in-law asked us,
if it's OK for us to take them, too.
We said, "if you pay your own tickets, we can take you."
It was expensive enough to get the tickets just for of us.
When I told my parents that my in-laws were coming with us,
they were so excited to see them again.
My father planned to take all of us to Kyoto and Nara.
He took care of all expenses for the trip for 8 people,
including transportation, hotel, and meals.
My in-laws wanted to see their friends
who were serving as couple missionaries
in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
After we went to Kyoto, Nara and Oita where my parents lived
they took a flight for Hong Kong from Fukuoka Airport, and
they went to Taiwan after visiting friends in Hong Kong.
When they finished visiting friends in Taiwan,
they flew back to Fukuoka, and met us, and we all came home.

We took a bullet train from there to Kyoto.
The second picture was at Kinkakuji Temple in Kyoto.
The third picture was at Todaiji Temple in Nara.
Kay was trying feed the cookies to deer,
but she realized that they were much bigger than her, and got scared.
The fourth picture was at Chinoike Jigoku in Beppu.
We visited my parents town in Oita after we came back from Kyoto and Nara.
Then my parents took us to Beppu and we all went back to Kitakyushu, my hometown.
The fifth picture was at the office where I used work in Kokura, Kitakyushu.
Ken always enjoyed to be held by a young pretty lady.
The sixth picture was at the church, Kitakyushu ward.
The seventh picture was at my Volleyball coach's home .
I played volleyball in junior high school.
The eighth picture was at my sister's home in Kokura.
Kay wanted to be a good friend with her cousin.
The ninth picture was at my sister's home.
My church friends came to visit us.
The tenth picture was at my sister's home.
Ken became good friends with his cousins.
The eleventh picture was at the amusement park in Wakamatsu, Kitakyushu.
After we rode this, Kay took off to try to ride a Ferris wheel all by herself.
My husband chased her to tried to catch her,
then he realized that he didn't buy the tickets to ride.
But the worker let them ride without tickets.
After he rode with Kay, he realized that he was scared of heights.
