まず１ヶ月ホテルに住みました。
さらに２ヶ月我が家に居候して
アパートに引越し９ヶ月そこに住んで
小さなアパートなのに
家賃を値上げするというので
うちを買うことにして
とりあえず我が家に引っ越してきて
うちを探しました。
中古の家を探したけど
値段の競り合いで負けて
なかなか買えないので
あきらめて新築を買うことにしました。
ライオンズ・ゲートというコミュニティーで
値段もお手ごろな可愛い家を見つけ
契約をしました。
１．フロアープラン

４．家のフレームが完成
５．カリフォルニアからジェフの両親がやってきて
家の進み具合を見ました。
６．第１回目のウォーク・スルー
７．外壁が出来ました。
８．外壁のペンキが完了
９．内装も終わり第２回目のウォーク・スルー
１０．クロージング・デイ。
１１．家のキーを受け取りました。
１２．引越しの日。

１４．ピアノもすっかりおしゃれに飾られました。
Kay and Jeff have been married almost 2 years.
They stayed at a hotel their first month.
Then they moved into our home and stayed for 2 months.
They moved again to a tiny apartment and lived there for 9 months.
Because the lease increased $100 more, they decided to buy a home.
So they moved into our home again, and started to search for a home to buy.
At first they tried to buy a short sale or foreclosure home.
But they couldn't beat the home investors.
So they decided to buy a brand new home.
They found a cute affordable home at Lion's Gate.

The third is when they finished concrete.
The fourth is when they finished the frame.
The fifth is when Jeff's parents came to visit them and check their new home.
The sixth is when they had first walk through.
The seventh is when they finished stucco
The eighth is when they finished the paint.
The ninth is when they had second walk through.
The tenth is when the closing day finally came.
The eleventh is when they got keys for their new home.
The twelfth is the MOVING DAY.
Our church friends came to help us move Kay's piano.
The thirteenth is when Kay is having fun to decorate her own home.
The fourteenth is Kay's piano with fancy decoration.
