家を建てることにしました。
元々恵とジェフが買おうとして
不動産屋さんと一緒にセールスの人と
話してる間に賢がいきなり
「ボクもここで家を買う」といいました。
まだマディーに何も聞かなくて・・・・
１枚目は賢たちの家のフロアープラン。
２枚目は賢とマディーが契約書にサインしてるところ
３枚目は家が建つ場所
４枚目は基礎工事が始まったところ
５枚目はフレームが完成したところ
６枚目は外壁の工事が始まったので
親戚が集まって夜に探検したとき
７枚目は外壁の完成
８枚目は外壁の塗装の完了
９枚目は内装も終わりに近づき
中を見に行ったとき
１０枚目は電化製品も入ったので
見に行ったとき
１１枚目はクロージングの前に
ウォークスルーをしたとき
１２枚目はクロージングのために
登記会社の人が書類を持って
賢たちのコンドミニアムに来てくれたとき
１３枚目は引越し
１４枚目は引越しも完了して
玄関にリースをつけた２人
Ken and Maddie bought a new home in August 2011.
Actually Kay and Jeff were buying a home,
and our realtor Travis took all of us to the sales office at Lion's Gate
except Maddie. She was working on that day.
While Kay was talking to the sales lady at the office,
Ken suddenly said "I'm buying a house here, too."
He even didn't ask Maddie her opinion at that time.
The first picture is their house floor plan.
The second is when they were signning papers at the office.
The third is a lot where their house would be built.
The fourth is when the builder started the foundation.
The fifth is when they finished the frame.
The sixth is when my husband sisters' families came to see the house.
We had a great adventure in the night.
The seventh is when they finished stucco.
The eighth is when they finished paint outside.
The ninth is when they finished inside.
The tenth is when they put all appliances.
We were so excited to check them out.
The eleventh is when we did walk through.
The twelfth is when the guy from title company came to Ken's condo to
sign the papers.
The thirteenth is MOVING DAY.
The fourteenth is when they enjoyed being their brand new home.
They put a wreath on the door.
